The most important thing to know when trying to sell a franchise is that there is no Silver Bullet.
Continue stirring the pot with multiple efforts going at a time. The more you stir the pot, the quicker your Franchise will sell.

in your franchise system. A quick email broadcasted to everyone or a brief announcement at a meeting with fellow franchise owners probably won’t cut it. Make individual phone calls to other owners. If there are other owners nearby, take them out to lunch and discuss it with them.

If you are selling more than one unit, be willing to sell them individually.
The higher your price point, the smaller the pool of potential buyers. Getting it all done in one transaction is certainly more desirable, but being willing to sell them individually might be what actually gets them sold
Focus on the strengths of your franchise and be sure to communicate those things often. Communicate the positive, not the negative, even if you are burned out.
Believe that you have something of value to sell and that the right buyer will be successful. This mindset will make your franchise more attractive to interested parties.
Be willing to structure a deal that enables a buyer to cash flow positive as quickly as possible.
